A close up of farm harrows. These are tine harrows, used to give a finer texture to the soil after rougher ploughing. There are other types, such as disc or chain harrows.

It's a very attractive abstract that you have identified in this useful machinery, Alastair. The blue and rust colours work well together, and you have achieved a short depth of focus to show the broad band behind one set of tines and in front of another. Very well thought out.

Hello, Alastair.

I rather like this one. I think you have taken a very interesting viewpoint on this well known piece of farm machinery. The lines and curves and shadows are quite intriguing. I agree with Winifred about the colours too - blue and brown go well together - and the point of focus is just right.
