Photographer’s Note
The South Fountain at Waddesdon Manor
Waddesdon Manor was built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild between 1874 and 1879 in the style of a French Chateau.
It was bequeathed to the National Trust in 1957.
It was a very fine and sunny Sunday afternoon, with a lot of visitors - I had to clone out a couple of them walking behind the fountain.

Hi Peter,
Very good to see a new photo from you... Here is an attractive composition with very good and saturated colours. Of course you had some help from the sculptor, but the POV you have chosen is very good. Apparently a very skilful cloning from you, it is rather impossible to see where those persons could have been. But why not leave some persons in the picture? Sometimes they might add an extra dimension to the composition...
Kind regards
Gunnar

hello Peter,
well managed light here as it looks like it was a bright day yet you have rought out the colours well without over-exposure. Good POV with the riht hand horse ready to leap ot of the frame. You have done a good cloning job too as I can't see the where you've worked on it.
regards,
Bev
