Photographer’s Note
This site is quite common over the Mournes on stormy days. Due to the mountains close proximity to the shore, the winding coming in from the sea blows up the mountain side and effectively blows holes in the cloud cover to allow rays of sunlight to shine through the fine sea haze.

wonderful lights: the dark skyline of the mountains makes more strong them. Also the colours are fantastic! Very good! Regards from Latium, Italy.
