Photographer’s Note
Following on from yesterdays posting this shot shows the tower of the church.
(see previous image for further details).
With this posting and the previous one you should see two things that make this tower a little strange - can you spot them?
The two Strange things are that the clock face is off centre to the tower and that there are 'slits' in the left hand side of the tower.
The slits I believe play a part in why the clock face is off centre.
The slits are there to provide tiny windows for the staircase that winds its way up the tower to the bell room and the roof.
The Clock face and internal mechanism was installed at a later date than the stairwell, Bells, ropes and supports etc.
The only way it could be installed therefore was off centre to the tower because of the existing structures.
This I believe explains the cock eyed clock but I have not been able to confirm this (I tried on the net and in the village) anyway it's either the above explanation or they were too drunk to notice it when they installed it!

Nice dramatic picture. The clouds contribute to the dramatic atmosphere created by the graves.
Nice perspective.

I dunno about TWO things, but maybe ONE - the clock seems not to be horizontally aligned.
The reason... to confuse the enemy?

Sharp and in nice "dark" colours.
Composition is okay with the tree and cemetry.

I've seen very interesting photos in your portfolio. Especially these old buildings and ruins.
This is a very interesting place. I wish I could photographe it! in this particular case the tree in the right disturbs me a little because it covers the building which is very interesting. A composition using only the graves and the building couls work a bit better.
Also a lower POV to give a bigger impact to the near crosses avoiding to cut their connection with the ground would be preferible.
Being the tree there you could try to shoot almost from the ground level placing the crosses upper and more to the right to show them all anf giving them a more imposing look, and at the same time a very shallow DOF to blur the tree and building. This way the main focus would be on the crosses and the tree would not be so disturbing
