Taken mid afternoon at my local beach. Couldn't do much to clean up this image because Photoshop wont run on my intel iMac. Used Adobe Lightroom instead.

Nice shot from very average conditions Jeff, i think a higher viewpoint would have put more of the pier in the shot to concentrate the image more on the details than the large amount of sky..

That sky is awesome but I also feel you've chosen too low a viewpoint. Everything looks too flat.
