Photographer’s Note
Another one from my local beach. I must find something new to photograph, but this place seems different every time I go there.

Incredible shot! What I really like about this is the soft white of the water from the time exposure. It looks like the rocks have halos or something. Great shine off the surface of the rocks too, which really shows the shape of the stones. Superb!

This is a dream find location coupled with a perfect capture of perefct light and water blurring movement. This is a great picture and you have done so well with the idea for this shot.
Congratulations.

Hi Jeff,
I just love the long exposures of beaches. Gives the water such a surreal look. The shinyness of the stones is just great. And the colors in the sky just make it perfect.
Great Shot!

Impressive Jeff. This is a great catch.
I like the rounded stones in the water, they must have been there for quite some time...
The long exposure created a really nice effect with the water running through the stones. Good job!

Very nice photo looks like a painting but i think that it is quite heavily post procesed.

Forgive the pun - but a nicely polished shot of this favourite spot of yours - such luscious colour and fine detail - what was your exposure time and f-stop - nicely framed - the effect is very painterly.
best wishes Kev

Very nice alchemy of colors for this motionless movement. The long time exposure permit us to see what was imposible without.

This is another great shot from this location Jeff - but yes, you do need to get out and show us what you can do elsewhere.
Personally I'd like more coastal shots, I think you do them very well.
This one is excellent - heavy contrasts and saturation have created a very striking image.
Nice long shutter speed has worked as the sea is very active.
Good work

Beautiful coastal picture Jeff. I love the light on the wet foreground pebbles and the dramatic sky, all well exposed. Nice job!

Lovely shot. Great appearance on the pebbles, they looks so rounded, shiny, very nice. I like them getting a bit bigger in the distance, becoming rocks. The rock in the left corner breaking the pattern of pebbles is also nice, aswell as the closure of the frame on the left side with the real big rock. Great effect and nice sky, but maybe another addition would be that the sky was a bit darker, and some more saturation on it, would make it pop out more, I think.
TFS.
Regards,
Emiel
