Photographer’s Note
A slightly different one from yesterdays post. This time I chose another image and cropped it a little. Its actually a row of new Redrow homes at sunset. I wanted to see how many tones I could produce in B/W. I think the design looks more like a mausalium, especially from this angle.

Your tight crop has created a very graphic, geometric image here. It works very well as a B&W image; I think its excellent.

A very modern art type shot, it belongs in an abstract gallery. Well framed, and good choice to express this one in black and white.

Hey Jeff,
The Redrow homes as an example shows how flat their design looks in pictures. You positioned yourself effectively creating a perspective ‘repetition’ of the houses thus making it look better. Similar lines arranged in one place can be composed to create a 'pattern' plus using BW makes it more stricking! I don't think Redrow would like to compare their homes to a mausoleum hehehe...you're crazy dude!
Regards,
Jom
