Sunday.
River Ennig at Pwll-y-Wrach Reserve, Talgarth, Powys.
The result of a very wet Saturday night, Sunday saw a tremendous flow of water in the Ennig.
Unfortunately, it also brought high winds - hence no foliage in this photo! A pity really, because you might just be able to discern a pink light towards the top of frame. This is a reflection of the setting sun in a pool spreading out from the river's edge. I would love to have included it but the madly waving flora would not have looked too pretty - really, I tried it!
Exposure: 3 seconds at F7.1

I find that this is onw of those photos you just don't konw what it is until I read your comments on it. The foot with boot on it looks interesting. Must be really foamy water. Thanks for posting the not too easy to figure out!

I like it Colin! The fast flowing water makes for a great subject, and the long time exposure gives us another view of this besides what we see with the naked eye. The subtle colours in the water are interesting too. Well done!

It is obvious that you work well with your D70 and trip-pod. Another fascinating capture. Well controlled, very nice colouring.
