Hi Radek,
Great shot! The ladies are filled with fun, they certainly are flattered by your lens, you make them laugh and a great contact has been accomplished. Perhaps they said, "What? Why would you want to take a shot of us??? Maybe a young little morsel would be more suited to a young man like you!"--so the shot is very sweet to me, a nice and fresh and jolly piece for sure.

Good composition and look - each successive lady (from left to right) smile more and more. I see that it was cloudy day, but ladies wasn't :)

You have captured a loverly impromtu street scene here with lots of live in the picture. Perhaps the use of fill in flash would have put some light into the faces which have all good wonderful expressions on them. As a photographer you have put all the subjects at ease to produce this image.
