Black Mountains, Monmouthshire.
It can get pretty wet up there.
Last time I was in this part of the country (in February a couple of years ago), conditions were very different. The landscape was covered in a blanket of snow and ice, and it was bloody freezing.
This February it was hot enough to walk in a T-shirt, and the ground was soft and mushy instead of frozen solid like last time, with the danger of wet feet an ever-present possibility.

Very nice way to show the bog & terrain. I like this composition with the foreground grass & the reflection of the walker's foot. Rich colors with nice sky. Incidentally I've been reading about walking trails in Ireland. Lots of mention about moors, bogs, and heathers. This photo gives me a better idea. Best Regards. Latiff.

Good 'action' shot of this bog (I think the words action and bog are rarely seen together!). This shows the nature of the country and what the experience of hiking there is like. Nice work!

Compliments! Interesting perspective and good technique.
I like the movement of the person in contrast to the immobility of the place.

Quite efficient decisive moment shot. That really looks a wet place and that leap quite risky. Good light, feeling of healthy outdoor sports and adventure.

Hi Ben, you've caught the movement nicely here, there's a good sense of balance with her in mid-leap. Other things I like about the photo are the streaky sky and the dark reflection. The skyline isn't quite level, but perhaps it's intended? It may even add to the sense of movement. Nice one,and good to see you back.

Today I browsed to your gallery and found this picture very nice.
Exactly parachute jump of this (I think) an lady.
What a landscape for bring a visit, here is not a lot to see, alone the lovely jumped and the water where the lady her drenched feet got.
Perhaps are the reflection in water a little bit dark, generally a good composition.
Have a nice weekend,

I love the way her red backpack stands out against the blue sky. The moment of capture is perfect and creates a very dynamic photo. It really captures the fun of being out doors, and it makes my want to go hiking. Nice shot.
