a view from the valleys - Wales
 |

A view from the valleys north of Cardiff, that used to be the world's coal mining centre in the begining of the 20th century.
a bit of mountains, bricks houses, a rugby field, some sheep... a typical picture of Wales? |

Beautiful, unfamiliar territory. I love the pattern of the fences and the buildins in the middle. Very nice colors and details in the composition. Wales definitely looks like a beautiful place. TFS :-)

Nice relaxing place. Nice architecture . Even rainy weather suits well this lovely place . Well done picture with good framing and compo !
Yes, the sheep! When I was in Wales, we were constantly running into them, amidst the fog... i really loved Wales... this shot is of course evocative of it. Beautiful emerald pastures, lovely little houses. Your shot is also lovely, I like that slant in the middle, showing the little hill on which these houses were built. Have you lived in Wales for long?

Hey Maciek,
you've become a landscapist;)
Actually, thats good seeing as you want to do reportage, a landscape or two could be very valuable in the story you are telling. And hell, even HCB didnt shy away from a landscape or two.
Its a beautiful shot, very green, very lush colors.
Imagine though a game of rugby being played on that field at the bottom
