Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

This is South Stack Lighthouse on the western shores of Anglesey. It sits on a ridge of rock which is almost like an island.

This shot is very contre-jour, as I tried to show the metal tunnel which has been created to access the lighthouse from the cliff top.

As a w/s, which is here I will show the view from the lighthouse across to the mainland. You will, I hope, be able to see what a steep path links the two. There are over 400 steps down the cliff side to access the footbridge.

Have a lovely day, Bev :-)
Here, the weather is wet ... VERY WET! A stream of water is cascading down the edge of the lane!
