No reflections today. This is a shot from the side of a house in Cemaes Bay, Anglesey North Wales. I was just wandering the streetsin a kind of point and shoot mode and this is one of the resulting images. A cliche, I know.

a simple and beautiful shot this. Strangely it would not have the same impact without the intriguing and diverse elements in the window. Subtle tones and light that makes it artistically worthwhile and quietly appealing. Well observed and presented.
Enjoy your weekend - Brian.
no songs about windows then? ;~)

This looks great, normally green is not my favourite colour, but there is something appealing here, perhaps the combination of that, the yellow flowers, and the red spot of rust on the frame.
Is it just me, or does this look really small and lowdown? Perhaps a house built for hobbits?
Nice one, thanks

I do like 'windows and walls shots'. This a great example of one that works very well with interesting colours, a super textured wall and interest in the window. I particularly like the green paint and the yellow flowers. Carefully framed - excellent!
Kind Regards, Ann

Hi Mike - certainly a thematic shift here from the Liverpool series, and back to Anglesey! This is great, almost two pictured in one - the bright textured outside frame around the window itself, and the scene inside the pane with the colorful and carefully arranged elements inside. Beautiful colors throughout, and so well arranged, which I assume is what drew your attention in the first place.

Hello Mike - I like your cliché, windows tell us something about the people who live in the house. This one has an appealing colour combination with the interior décor harmonising with the green paintwork of the exterior. Even my per hate... pebbledash... looks good and provides a nice textural detail in the shot. Have a lovely weekend Rosemary

Image well spotted and well composed. I love window shots and the arrangements that you find within them. They seem to be set up for the outside viewers rather than the occupants. The green pipe and window frame matches nicely with the yellow flowers.

nice the view as the presentation of this tight frame with the falling light to brings out the details and the charmy of the window.Excellent hte clarity as the sharpness of the image.
