Photographer’s Note

I found this little lane just off the A5 near Betws-Y-Coed, in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. It was quite early in the morning, and the sun was weak and filtering through the trees. I liked the way the hazy light was catching these mossy humps. This wooded valley was quite a find as this stream ran into a river that was behind me, which had views of a mountain beyond.
Anybody who has not visited North Wales, should make the effort the views are amazing. But the weather is very unpredictable.

Good earthy colours and the stream adds movement too,but i feel a lower perspective or the top cropped would make it more pleasing to the eye . Tfs David.

An enchanting view of this Welsh woodland stream. A beautiful blur of the water created by the long shutter speed, and nice soft countryside colours. The viewpoint leads up the stream and leaves one wondering whether there is a farmhouse of some sort just around the corner.

Disagree with any cropping on the top. You have achieved an amazing shot of the early morning woodland. The lighting is so perfect that it reminds you of the place, I have visited Wales several times, and you are not wrong in recommending the place.
This photo made me look into your gallery. They are just great!

You really managed to capture the feeling of moist greenery that comes from being in the woods on an early morning - especially in Britain. Well done.
