Photographer’s Note
Snowdonia, North Wales.
Sub zero temperatures made this a particularly clear winters day. I tried to capture some of the expansive scenary, but being restricted to a fixed 35mm lens made this difficult - It's a barren wasteland at this height; if you look really hard you can see a forest in the valley, but the mountain sheep keep all vegetation tightly manicured up here.
I chose this POV to add some foreground interest.
The skyline is the Snowdon range, Snowdon is the highest point in Wales (and England). Shot from the summit of Moel Siabod @ about 900 Metres (just below 3000 ft)

Nice photo David!
Great DOF! I like the path on its way towards the mountain, and the gradient in the sky looks great on the right, but not so good on the left. I might be tempted to crop a bit of this out , and focus on the high mountains.
Still one place i've yet to visit, and this gives me more inspiration to do so.
