Photographer's Note

Took a trip to Conwy today as it was supposed to be a nice sunny day. NO. This is the back of the castle that doesn't get seen in photos very much.
Built between 1283 and 1287 by Edward 1 during his conquest of Wales. The castle and town walls were built for the sum of 15000 a very substantial amount of money then. At todays rate it would cost 45 million pounds.
