Photographer’s Note
An old picture I took a few years ago in Wales. Yes, I want to check one more area in my United Kingdom map ! I don't remember exactly where I took this picture, but I think it was on the A44 road from Llangurig to Aberystwyth, maybe around Ponterwyd. If anyone recognize the place, please tell me ;) This view is a typical landscape you can see in Cambrian Mountains, in the mid Wales. Cambrian Mountains are not very high (very few mountains above 600 meters height) put have very few inhabitants so you can see very wild places. During the summer, heath gives one more colour in an ocean of green.

A well balanced composition with the road leading the eye nicely through the shot and the contrast between the deep blue sky and the green hills working well.I do feel though that a car 2/3rds of the way intio the shot would add to the image

Salut Olivier
Le jaune te manquait sur ta carte ;o))
J'aime beaucoup la lumière et les couleurs de ce paysage mais sans doute manque-t-il un élément pour accrocher un peu plus l'oeil.
Du bon boulot quoi qu'il en soit!!

Salut Olivier,
Very good shot conveying the sense of calm and loneliness. I like those desolate roads in the middle of nowhere.
Cheers,
Kris
