Taken form the Devil's Ridge in the Mamore mountains south of Fort William, in baking heat, the temptation of this beutiful turquoise Lochan was too much to resist

Well, did you go in for a dip?
A very dramatic composition here indeed, with that great strong diagonal leading in from the left down to the focal point of the lochan. Wonderful colours too, especially in those distant mountains.
Technically, well exposed and pin-sharp.
