Photographer’s Note
Taken from Benm A'n in the Trossachs, ths is a view made famous in Victorian times by Sir Walter Scott.
Now counteless visitors climb the steep forestry path to the summit and are rewarded with a classic highland landscape of mountain, mist, loch and forest.
Far below the old steamer leavs the pier on Loch Katrine, caught in the shadows of the mountain and framed by frost covered birches.

Hello Chris, this is an appealing shot with lovely textures.I like your PoV.The light on the clouds really lifts the shot out of the ordinary. The boat on the loch with its ripples is also another focal point.
Well done.
Regards Jean.

Hello, Chris.
Fabulous!
Wonderful lighting which has caught the tops of the snow-covered mountains as well as the clouds on the left and the tops of the trees in the mid and foreground And the steamer with its wake just adds that little bit more interest. Sharp as a pin and prefectly exposed too.
Excellent!
Kind Regards,
John.
