Photographer’s Note

Hi there, this photo was taken while descending Conic Hill on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond. Here you make your way down towards Balmaha with Loch Lomond and the highland boundary fault line in the foreground, which looks west across the islands of Inchcailloch, Torrinch, Creinch and Inchmurrin. The fault line is noticeable in its changing character and more rugged terrain moving from south to north.

Hope you like the photo, thanks for viewing!
