Photographer’s Note
This is a view of Stirling from the vantage point of the top of William Wallace Monument. Of course it looks different now, but then, Wallace watched the English approach and planned the Battle of Stirling Bridge from this point. I fooled a little with the brightness and saturation, but i think i like it like this. the building looks darker and older.

Nice shot Blake. The detail of the sandstone is good and sharp plus the rise of the castle in the distance. The curving river and racetrack draw the eye too. cheers, john
