Photographer’s Note
A black and white landscape from Shetland.
I loved those high leve clouds in little wisps and the contrast in the rocks. Therefore though the scene suitable for a monochrome treatment.
Shot with a Lee 0.6 Hard Edge Grad and a Polarizer.
Converted using Lightroom and sharpenned. No other processing.
Thanks for looking

hello Craig,
I like your low POV and the B & W teatment. The textures are nice and grainy.

Hi Craig,
what attract more in this one is the combination great luminosity x b&w option. I think they match perfectly. I really like to see the details of the foreground rocks against a darkened background. Beautiful photo!

Hi Craig,
I certainly agree with the mono treatment, it complements the contrast in this fantastic landscape very well!! Fine composition with plenty of interest from foreground to background! Great light, those clouds are awesome!!

Costa.
