Photographer’s Note

A 'blue hour' shot today. 'Hamnavoe' is a lovely small village on the island of Burra. It faces due west, so gets more than its fair share of beautiful sunsets.

A long exposure of 15 seconds at f/16 was used here

For thoose folk who know me I've changed my username to craiggc - I've retired the bigsmileymoon nickname

A very beautiful view at the blue hour. The colors, the light and the refelections are superb. the point of view is very quite selected too.

A very attractive night-sight of this beautiful "Blue Night". Of very beautiful colors, good contrasts, lights which give magnificent reflections in the water.

I noticed your particularity about those kind of images. They surely bring an interesting atmosphere. Nice perspective of the rocks and attractive effect on the water. Well managed light as well. Very good work!
