Photographer’s Note

Two other views of the pilot boat, when leaving Lerwick.
In workshop, a close view with lots of friendly people saying goodbye to us.
Here, the pilot boat and the light tower at the entrance of the bay, which I had already taken when we arrived but at that time in complet backlight.

your photo is very neat, excellent sharpness and once again good timing example. the eyes wish to see a better sky, but the weather has not provided that surely . nevertheless, a great photo indeed

Bonjour Emmanuel,
tes dernières photos rendent bien l'ambiance de mauvais temps et de ciel couvert qui regnent sur ces régions.
On voit assez bien la mer agitée.
Nette malgré les conditions.
Un excellent week-end.

Splendid composition with the boat as great subject, your speciality.
Very lovely with it island in backgrouns with the lighthouse. I find your "Altered Image #1" WS very nice. Sixteen year old, and exactly a picture from yesterday. Thanks for sharing.

A good capture of the pilot boat, nice to see it this way too. You placed it also very well in the composition. The land in the background looks good, I particularly like the little village with the light house, nice detail! Thanks for sharing!

Hello Emmanuel,
I like this one with the pilots boat in the middle of the of the ocean leading to some boat so that it can help him to go to the port (I assume). I also like the view of the lighthouse on background bordering the reef.
Another curious detail are the three horizontal layers that forms the photo.
