Hello Christina,
The composition and colors of your photo very pleasing. The sky is wonderful and I like the way the cirrus clouds reinforce the diagonal of the rocks, leading the eye towards the boats. However, the image needs a lot of sharpening, which I have done in a WS that I hope you will find helpful. Also, a brief note would be helpful!
