Photographer’s Note
Near Cardrona. The fallen tree as in previous post 'Twisted abd Broken' from a different angle. The little round building on the left may be the remains of a doocot - I have yet to find out. I liked the colours here, pushed a bit by the polariser but just about as they appeared. The shutter speed is a guess but pretty sure about the aperture

Hello, Dougie.
I can't believe that this has not had a single comment so far. Typical of your postings, the colours are superb, the lighting enchanting and the focus and exposure perfect. A wonderful shot.
I'm not sure but I have a feeling that you do a lot of your work in the early morning light - is that right?
Best Wishes,
John.

Bev
ps thanks for responding to my Chapelcross picture . I will take it off soon as it's not very good. Check out the BBC news site for pictures contributed by Joe public.Mine's there but it's a bit of an embarrassment compared to the others.
