The Tweed Valley as seen from a high point. The river, at this time quite full but not flooding, meanders left to right through typical farmland towards Peebles. The bridges are quite substantial, given the size of the side roads that they carry. A disused railway follows the north bank and further to the right out of sight is the A72 road heading for Glasgow.
A very popular area for cycling, walking and of course fishing.
I think that this was Kodak film. The colours are just about right for that day.

Very good sweeping landscape nicely composed with the winding river adding good perspective. Some nice shades of green, whilst the sheep in the foreground make for a pleasing ambiance and heighten the feeling of depth.

Beautiful composition and landscape. However I'd like to see some more horizon.

Beautiful landscape. I love all the different lines and curves with the lacy looking trees. The soft, muted colors suit this shot perfectly. Great job! Best wishes,
