Photographer’s Note
I always admire this large house as I pass by.
The tower gives effect of a castle, although as far as I understand a private dwelling house.
Built from Sandstone blocks.

Hello Robert,
A good capture of this imposing house, possibly built by a sea captain. I like the soft light and tones and the presence of the vegetation in the foreground peeking over the wall.

Hello Robert,
for some strange reason I was sure I had expressed my opinion about this photo! well... sometimes my memory fails me and I remember clearly only what is related to my job :( this is really bad! isn't it the "seal" of our contemporary society?
OK, back to the photo itself! :)
I like the composition, and I don't even mind the absence of the blue sky (it can't always be blue, I know!), even though, for sure, sun rays do change everything around a lot!
this photo looks almost "graphical" to me, if you see what I mean. As if something like a cutout.
Very good photo, imho :)
Kind regards
and best wishes from sunny cold Moscow,
Elena
