Hello Robert,
The yellow blooms make a fine contrasting frame for the cool tones of the river and the far shore. A minimalist composition but nevertheless very appealing. the nicely placed yacht is a bonus. Greetings from a dull and cool Charente-Maritime.

High Rob, but this is amazing photo, so full of Spring, and a great composition as well!

I have a similar view in my gallery showing this same flowers that are a terrible plague in chiloé islands (chile), I saw them in the coldest region of Brazil and Portugal and spain too. Here they created a nice colored foreground, the landscape ahead is very beautiful. good light and beautiful contrast between colors.
