Photographer’s Note

Greenock, James Watt Dock areas.
This is a photo of new development area.
Once this was ships and warehouse,s.
Now modern house flats.
Completely renovated and people living in them.
Good use made of this solid dock quays.

After I took the photo and looked, it crossed in my mind, if they made a mistake, with the large crain they could easy lift them all and put them on the other side of the dock.

This crain is left as a reminder of the River Clyde and her past. It is not in use anymore.
