Photographer’s Note

Each day up in the glencoe area we drove passed this cottage many times and on our last day if the driver had not stopped i was for pulling up the hand brake !!Pissing rain we said bugger it, lets go and shoot the scene as the mist was very dramatic.
I settled for this picture for the bright red stones in the foreground and the mist rain rolling on the mountain.

Hi Desmond,
I love the dark atmosphere of this picture, with the dark water and the clouds hanging on the mountains. Scotland is beautiful too when weather is not quite good, this is something not usual !
