Photographer’s Note

Another 'goodbye' photo.
A bit of a contrast from my previous post - weather isn't always rainy here, especially spring time can be very sunny and warm. Shot taken during spring this year - harbour in Corpach near Fort William, begining (or the end) of Caledonian Canal connecting Fort William and Inverness.

It runs some 62 miles (100 kilometres) in a northeastly to southwestly direction. Only one third of the entire length is man-made, the rest being formed by Loch Dochfour, Loch Ness, Loch Oich, and Loch Lochy. Czesc Tomasz! A juz myslalem, ze Kaledonia to mityczna kraina! Ladna fotografia. Bardzo ladnie zakomponowana. Dobre kolory. Ciekawe statki i malownicze chmury. Bardzo dobra tonacja kolorystyczna. Klaniam sie!

Amazing shot! I am very much delighted by tone of colors and the reflection on the lake is so mesmerizing!Fascinating landscapes!! COngratz for this post!!

Anyways , i do find the beautiful sky with heavenly clouds well matched with the scene very blurry! Have you done it purposely? Or is it the blur tool in Photoshop the cause?? Let me know please..

Nice capture here. I am a sucker for boats in harbour and you have a classic beauty here. Colors and details are really fine. Well seen.

nice display of colours, with some nice reflections and a wide view. Very well composed and good sharpness. the cloudy sky adds some nice dynamic to the image

HI Tomasz,
You have beautiful images, I like this one because harbours always offer excellent opportunities provided the light is good, this is the case here and the boat colors are singing, lovely view of these boats under nice clouds providing gentle 3D feeling.

I love the calm boat scene, they are very colorful and the mirror composition feels just right.
