Goodbye Fort William Part 2 Photo

Photographer’s Note

Continue with my 'goodbye' photos from Fort William area. This one was taken during summer 2007 and is showing how mixed the weather can be here with sun, blue sky, heavy clouds and rain - all at the same time. Like pictured here - the rainy clouds usually gather over Ben Nevis, Nevis Range, Glen Nevis and Cow Hill. At the foot of the mountains you can see Fort William (on the right hand side) and Inverlochy & Caol (left). Photo was taken from the harbour in Corpach. I stitched about 6 or 7 vertical shots to create this panorama. Tripod used and RAW mode.

A really breathtaking and dramatic scenery. I've never seen clouds like these. A most impressive photo of a stunning landscape. Great!
