Loch Tarff Panorama Photo

Photographer’s Note

Hello Trekkers!
Panoramic shot of Loch Tarff, near Fort Augustus & Loch Ness in the Highlands of Scotland. Late afternoon light added some nice tones to the scene so I stopped by on my way to Fort William and took several shots. The road B862 is going just next to this small loch (lake) so it is easily accesible and worth visiting. If you are there it is worth to follow the road a little bit further up north to the top of the hill called Suidhe Chuimein (Cumin's seat), with fantastic views of vast area of moors and hills.

RAW mode used, Circular Polarizer filter and tripod.

Hi Tomasz.
A very good stitching job on this one. You produced a very good panorama, with nice touches of light and colour. I always like the shadow of a cloud on a hillside. Very nicely done.

Witaj,

Świetnie opanowałeś technikę sklejania. ja tez mam taką możliswość, ale niestety nie bardzo mi sie to udaję. Wychodzi mi troche beczkowato, a jeszcze gorzej jak sklejam w pionie. jakoś muszę opanować te technike, bo efekty moga być znakomite - jak na tym zdjeciu. Piekne jezioro zarośnięte trochę trzcinami, miłe wzgórza. Cudowna panorama. Pozdrawiam
