Photographer’s Note

In St Andrews (and in Scotland) everybody love golf.

In fact, I read there are more that 600 golf courses in all the country so it's not strange that Scotland is considered the home of the golf.

Where I took this picture? In the Old Course of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, probably the first golf club in the world.

The first "Open Championship" there was in 1873.

I hope you like it.

Bonita foto y muy bien captada. Me gusta el golf, aunque no lo practico a menudo como antes. Los colores se ven bien y la concentracion del golfista parece muy solida...Me pregunto que le paso a Seve Ballesteros! Saludos :-)

Certainly, a very good depth. I would say that you conveyed the sense of focus rather than passion, but anyway, a very right moment shown.

Good use of a shallow dof on the golfer, & you've managed to capture the look of steely eyed determination on his face. Bravo!

La foto es bonita por el color de la alfombra verde que lo llena todo. Quizás, en mi opinión, parece estar un poco inclinada a la derecha. Tambíen me hubiera gustado más ver al golfista realizando el swing o golpeando la bola. Sin embargo me pregunto en qué lugar estaba este jugador. No parece el campo de prácticas porque no se ven ni cubos de bolas ni marcas de "chuletas" levantadas. Tampoco parece el campo, digamos el tee del 1 porque no se ven las barras de salida. ¿Tienes alguna foto más en la que se pueda apreciar el campo o la casa club? El edificio de Saint Andrews es precioso.
Bueno, y acabo de preguntar. ¿Golpeó este jugador al pelota? ¿Cómo salió el golpe? Parece que tenga el peso demasiado apoyado en los talones en el stance y eso se podría causar algo de slice.
Bueno, aparte de bromas, me gusta la foto y me parece especialmente un acierto haber colocado descentrado al golfista.

this should be the farthest passion for me. it is nice, yes, but it is too expensive. i think i will go along with my photographing passion...

més Saint Andrews... és impossible que aquí surtin fotos dolentes! El contrast del jugador amb el fons ha quedat molt bé, sembla que sobresurti de la foto... molt xul·la!
