hello Paul,
interesting name for a wynd, is that where they dragged witches ? You have left no note which is a pity as this is trekearth and it would be interesting to know more. But notwithstanding,I like this. Your use of B & W has given it plenty of atmosphere and the cobbled lane leads us into the scene well.
