It was cold but very calm, a storm had passed through the day before which made the area seem so peaceful.

a very beautiful, moody, and a bit lonely shot. i like very much the texture and the tones.

I like the grainy quality to this photo. Good choice to use b&w, it really creates an interesting atmosphere. I can see the peacefulness that you've mentioned in your note, it really comes through here.
