Nice shot, the only real downside is that there isn't really a focal point. The image would have worked so much better if an actul train had been coming.

Welcome to TE Bryan, I like the photo. The trees look great, covered in frost and the train track leads your eye into the photo. Nice post, a bit more in your comments would help for your next photo, just to give an insight into your thoughts when taking it.

Hi Brian,

Good first post. It must have been very low light (30sec exposure)... So the train was late :-)... sorry, couldn't resist.

Nice shot sky is a litle over exposed, but because of the darke foreground this would be expected. (Try using the focus lock and including less of it) Good first picture.

Welcome to Trek site..!!!
Good picture to begin.

Some clues :
* Always visit the members to give a critic, here it exists a type of retribution among the members! Observing (and criticizing) mistakes and successes of other members bring a lot of learning!
* Make use of the workshop.
* Always put more than 4 lines in NOTES. That enables to give points for the members, or be enables USEFUL!
* Take advantage what is allowed in Site: until 800 pixels in one on the sides of the picture. Until 200 Kbs in the size of the file!
* Read ABOUT (and FAQ)!
* I am waiting its you criticize in my photos.
