Photographer’s Note

Again...St Andrews.

This time a view from the ruins of the tower in the Abbey....with a horrible wind for sure and taken from behind a bars.

Just on the right (not in the picture) are the ruins of the castle and in the weekends is usually find a lot of people with the typical Scottish clothes.

Hi Oscar!It is a opinion very enchanting in point of fact! for the view in the city and the big prospect! They is interesting picture and appreciable the city from the good maintained buildings of past and the beautiful characteristic architecture that impresses

I've been dreaming of St Andrews these last couple of days so to wake up this morning and find this familiar view is quite a treat - thank you for showing me what was more cloudily remembered in my own mind!

Interesting, because i have seen pictures from this place before but never thought is was so close to the real world on the edge of town...very interesting pov.

good documentary for me as i know almost nothing about scotish cities other than edinburgh... both the town and the ruins look cool... bought a kilt for yourself?...

nice the panoramic view from above of this town,with the ruins of St Andrews in front of us.I like the well cut grass,as the typical native houses of the city.I like the well management of the light and the colors too.Well done.

Hello Oscar,

A very good POV for show these famous ruins. A good photowork. I like especially the contrast between the very broad space in the FG and the houses and street in the BG. The peoples, the bus and the cars gives an intersting idea of the scale.

Uma bonita vista St Andrews. Uma cidade com construcoes antigas. Gosto muito da arquitectura e em especial do Castelo em Ruinas no primeiro plano. Excelente contraste entre o verde e restantes cores

maca, malgrat l'ambient fred i gris que es pot apreciar, hi ha una gran profunditat en la imatge, amb una vista preciosa sobre la ciutat.
Bon contrast dels grisos i els verds.

Muy buena vista panorámica de St. Andrews, mas famosa en el mundo deportivo por sus torneos de golf que por sus ruinas, tu alto POV hace de esta foto una gran, gran, gran fotografía.

Las ruinas de la abadia/catedral en primer plano son espectaculares y las personas cerca dan la medida
La ciudad al fondo esta tb bien retratada con una luz que, por aquella latitud sera mas que buena.

Casas como la que hay justo en el centro de la imagen son de clase media, o no?

The church ruin makes a fine foreground for the view to the city!
I admire the fresh green and well groomed lawn, hehehe...
A well composed presentation, including at least six church towers in the frame!

Me gusta ver una foto de St Andrews, esta ciudad famosa por su universidad. Pero, non la conocìa por nada!
Parece agradable con sus casas de piedras en segundo plano y las rovinas de la abadìa y el cesped bien verde en primer plano.
Un toque de color rojo tipicamente britanico, con el autobus.
