Very majestic image, the castle looks spectacular from this POV, and I have never seen it like this. I never saw that such beautiful architecture exists alongside it. Thanks for a beautiful new view on this place. And what a sky!

I've been to Edinburgh many years ago only for a day that looked like the one in your picture, with clouds opening and closing all the time and light shifting quickly. I like your picture very much due to its marvellous point of view and the clarity with which you have captured the impressive details of the scenery and the lighting variations. Hello Dale,
The soft pastel colors of the buildings and subdued green of the trees work very well together with piercing blue sky and fluffy clouds. In the frame the image looks like an oil painting. The delicate vignette arrangement also adds extra charm to it.
