Photographer’s Note
Christmas eve walk at about midday.
Tupperware grey skies and a bit of a fog in the lanes close to home. Isn't that a great description of a typical winter sky in Britain? Not my own alas but one lent to me by a novelist (Anne Tyler, if my memory serves me).
Time to attend to Christmas dinner...
best wishes

Hi Bev,
Looks like a perfect place for a quiet stroll, even got some shelter from the blast! The brown of the leaves that are left is vey subtle with a good composition leading round the corner, thanks.
Dougie.

Hello Bev,
What a surrealistic foggy Scottish scene! There is a sense of penetrating cold here.
Happy holidays,

Lovely shot Bev, didn't matter about the grey skies here did it, as it's part of what makes the shot.
Really atmospheric and great POV looking down the lane.
Re the title - if it has been in the Lake District you could have called it LakeLand Tupperware ;-)

Hi Bev,
Its marginal, but I like this one better than your other picture since there is a hint of colour in the foreground. Bravo for getting out at all this year, the grey skies were TERRIBLE for picture taking!
