A wonderful walk by the river Dee at the onset of the spring. It was a lovely day and thankfully not snowing / raining.
A suburb on the western edge of Aberdeen, Scotland approximately 8 miles inland from the city centre.
The name is said to be derived from the Gaelic compound word "Cul-tir", which signifies the back part of the country, and would correctly apply to a considerable portion of the land on both sides of the Dee. |
