I had my favorite picture of my dog removed because it didn't follow the guidelines of this site. This is my rebellion against "the man"!
That aside I still like it as a picture

on that beach I see a dog running with great pleasur!!!
(preaps some more sharpness would bee little better)

I didn't see the photo of your dog but clearly his/her legacy lives on in this photo. Great composition with the paw prints leading the eye diagonally across the frame.
