Photographer’s Note

This is the bronze mermaid named Amphritrite and she is stationed in 50 feet of water near Sunset House, on Grand Cayman Island.
I had to use greyscale here to get rid of the annoying green-blue cast that comes with deepening water.
There is a sister statue in the water near Powell River, BC, Canada that I've yet to dive on.

I think your category says it all. Some pictures make you happy and warm inside and some make you really think inside, and there are some that just make you laugh, we need more like that.
