Photographer's Note

This place was so nice, I couldn't help but post from here twice.

The Giants Causeway is well worth the price of admission. It's hard to see anyone being disappointed with the nature that surrounds this area. Perhaps if you arrive on a dull, stormy, windy day, it could damper the spirits. If you arrive on a day like the one we had, you're in luck!

As mentioned in my previous post, we got here about 1-2 hours before sunset, there was no rain in sight, and the sunlight was beaming with lots of warmth.
Most of the tour buses had already packed up and left the area, there were only a couple dozen of people still walking around.

I wish I had a funny story to share, like perhaps I slipped and fell or my shoes fell off and my feet got soaked, or perhaps I fell into the ocean...but no, nothing weird happened.

Oh, just as i'm writing this i remembered something!
We found out later in our trip, that the day we arrived here at the Giant's Causeway we missed the Queen by 1 day. Queen Elizabeth II her Majesty, was here either the day before or the day after, i can't recall precisely. But we missed her by THAT much!
Pretty close.

I'll post another couple of shots in the WS for added fun if you're interested
