[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One from the archives that i forgot to process, taken at Curlew Point.

Curlew Point is a small bay between Dundrum and Killough in Co Down. Further back along the coast is murlough nature reserve and the seaside town of Newcastle. St Johns Point Lighthouse can also be seen from this spot. Slieve donard and the Mourne mountains can be seen in the distance.

This was actually a 50 second exposure as the light was fading fast i may have also used a ND filter but cant remember.

Thanks for looking

Gary

Hello Gary,

I also hve a photo with the exact same name as yours, but yours is much better, I love this kind of photos, the effect of the long exposure on the sea, and the great details in the foreground are amazing.

Congrats

hi Gary,
very nice light indeed on that image.
the frozen water by exposure, the movement in the clouds and the big (almost too big) foreground are really nice.
regards

Hi Gary,

This one is really built up around 3 isolated spots. Isolated in colour and in structure. The rough foreground with greys and browns, the right back with vibrant light and the left back with blue tones and rolling hills. I do like the reflecting light to the right. Makes a connection between the foreground and the background.
Nice!

Greetings, Dennis
