The Groynes at Murlough Beach near Dundrum, Co. Down have been worn down so much by the action of the sea that they are only visible at low tide.

Une très bonne lumière latérale pour cette image bien composée avec ce premier plan bien cadré qui attire notre regard.L'exposition est juste et le rendu des couleurs est naturel.

What a splendid shot.Really.I like the beautiful brigthness of the picture. The colours are just superb.
And I also like the strong graphic effect of the sandy waves which lead the eyes to the horizon. The low-angled light of the sun, lighting the crest of the waves of sand,is beautiful.

perfect use of the low sun to give the sensation of volume on the ripple marks, the low POV giv=ves a stunning perspective leading to the mountain, and the green pole is really attractive.

Hello Nigel - It's good to see you posting again and with such a well considered image. The ripple marks and receding perspective of the groynes draw the eye into the deepest depths of the shot. Attractive work.

The light is delicious! The Groynes or stumps are beautifully lit and the perspective created by the sand ripples to the far depth of the picture is wonderful. Fine depth in the picture with excellent clarity and once again in the sublime light!

like this! A superbly chosen low POV with amazing natural lead lines and perfectly managed light and clarity. I love the green of the fg groyne it stands out so beautifully without distracting too much from the glorious seascape beyond. Inspiring and quality imagery - well done!
Have a great weekend - B.

A beautiful view on Murlough beach and the Mournes in the background. The lines in the sand make good perspective lines. The plot with the green algaes is a good point to catch our attention. The composition is very well balanced and moreover you had a very good light.
Have a nice day,
