This is another picture of the tiny little harbour of Cushendun (Irish:Cois Abhann Duinne meaning beside the river Dun). This shot has been taken from the bridge that could be seen in my last upload.Over the years this little coastal village has been a source of inspiration for writers and poets. Two of the most famous being Moira O'Neil and John Masefield author of Sea Fever.
"I must go down to the sea again,to the lonely sea and the sky,
And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to sail her by,"

Another fine shot of this lovely harbour. Can understand how it influenced writers and poets.
Taken from a good angle with the buildings giving depth to the shot.

Good afternoon Arthur,
marvelous photo taken over the estuary and town built along.
Boats anchored in their colors and houses row gave extra sense of depth to the scene.
Good light and clarity, well taken.
have a nice weekend,

a delightful presentation of this charming little harbour. Your composition looks simple but is very thorough as you have managed to include the boats, the waterfront, a glimpse of the open sea and a part of your vantage point. I think that the horizon is tilting a little to the left and the content of the lower part makes this effect more felt. You've achieved superb depth and clarity and the fine textures make our impression more real. Moody and bright colours describe the scenery wonderfully. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great day,

lots of rustic type of charm here, especially in the architecture in the bg.
good lighting, good colors, and I like the attractive but somewhat overcast skyline, very nice indeed.

Its amazing how the translation of the English place name back to its Irish roots helps me understand better what the placename means! Similar with a local town here called Batterstown, derives from Baile an Bothar, the town of the roads!
This is a beautiful seaside shot, the colors of the boats, buildings and natural landscape all look really superb under this soft rain threatening light. A very fine angle that you took this from to create this really interesting and appealing capture.
All the best

Belle vue sur le petit port et la lignée de maisons au bord de l'eau, belle lumière sous le ciel mitigée entre le bleu et le blanc

I like this companion of your yesterday's upload. I can see the orange sheep of the boat family. The view out to the ocean is very pleasant.

The place is wonderful and certainly conveys a sense of peace and tranquility, stunning POV from this shore up that gives a beautiful view of the boats in the foreground and the group of houses near the harbor entrance.
Very good image quality, sharpness is also great.
Happy start to the week.

This is definitely a place that captures the spirit of Ireland. I like the way you have used the f/g of stone and bushes to create a sense of depth, linked the areas with the line of boats and then, drawn us to line of pretty houses on the shoreline.
The only thing I would alter would be the amount of sky. To crop much of the sky would give a great panoramic feel and, somehow, seems to bring the whole closer.
Have a lovely day,
