A view from the eastern side of the pier at Worthing, West Sussex, England. The distinctive Worthing Dome cinema can be seen on the seafront. The pier dates from the 1860's and the seafront, in its present form, dates from the 1820's when the Esplanade was built.

Sorry that I've been a bit slack in my critiques of late, but we've just returned from a short holiday.
This is a delightful photograph with excellent and striking composition.
As always, you have thought out the composition here exceptionally well: from the foreground, the boards lead the eye toward the fence which, with its accompanying lamps, then zig-zags into the distance to carry the viewer to the distant buildings (most notably the lovely dome) beneath a gloriously interesting sky.
I can imagine that the light was probably not enirely in your favour but you have dealt with any shortcomings there by superb processing work, in particular by bringing out the lovely lighting on the facades of the buildings and the fence and, perhaps, with a little accentuation of the details in the sky.
Lovely light and colours, perfect exposure and processing and, as always, exquisite details and sharpness throughout.

The composition and point of view are perfect; cleverly designed to draw the viewer into the image and along the waterfront. I am tempted to think there is some HDR work going on here, but I am not so sure given your mastery over light and colour, both of which are superb by the way. Superb clarity as well. First class photography, I take off my metaphorical hat to you!

An attractive composition. Good balance between the sky and dominant boardwalk with the yellows of the architecture in the centre of the image catching some fading rays of the sun.

A very clear and sharp pic having good composition. I like the sky colour. Not a human presented at this place !!
I like it.

Brian, great composition in this shot, with the jagged boardwalk leading the eye into the frame. The brown palette against the blue sky is also quite lovely. Nicely seen, and very well exposed. Thanks.

That sky is amazing, like the end of the world. And there is no people. Hmm, was this the end of the world and I slept through it? haha, brilliant scene without people, its so cool to see places like this that should be packed to the rafters, but completely empty. Very nice place, and that dome is very iconic, I would never have guessed it to be a cinema!
Thanks as always

Un point de vue différent de ceux que tu nous as offerts précédemment mais tout aussi attrayant avec, en prime, un ciel et une lumière splendides.
