East Head Lagoon, a photo from West Sussex, England

Photographer's Note

East Head is a spit of sand and shingle that extends out into the channel entrance to Chichester Harbour. It sits at the far end of West Wittering beach in West Sussex, England and this tidal lagoon lies behind it being a picturesque haven for wildlife.

Hello Brian,your composition works really well with the muted sky making a perfect backdrop for the mirror like blue lagoon,it`s a nice imaginative shot that has tranquil feel to it.

Hello Brian ,
I can see the same kind of view in my region , Golfe du Morbihan . Without any strong elemnt , this is a beautiful picture of the landscape , mix of water and vegetation . I like the colors and the reflections of the clouds in tehe calm sea .

We get a nice and very calm entrance to Chichester Harbour to see.
You chose a very well angle this gives depth and perspective.

Hi Brian,
the best part of this photo are colors and light, I reckon. I like these muted shades and the combination of blue and light brown is always very appealing. The light is subtle and elegant and creates some serene atmosphere in your image.
Very good sharpness overall.

ogni giorno le tue belle foto ci deliziano di belle composizione nelle quali soggetto e perfezione tecnica si amalgamano in maniera straordinaria.
Qui, non solo il soggetto è di quelli che incantano per la stupenda bellezza della natura rappresentata, ma la luce che lo illumina e l'estrema nitidezza della scena ne fanno un qualcosa di sublime che delizia la vista.
Bellissima la dominante azzurra che dal cielo si spinge, sotto forma di riflesso, nell'acqua arricchendosi di colore.
